Our sister church in Gainsborough is St. Thomas of Canterbury (DN21 2AX)will be open to visitors at the following times:

Saturday 9am – 5pm

Sunday 10.30am to 5pm.

Situated in Cross Street which is small and narrow, the church and the house were built in 1866. The church is decorated in Pugin style and is only 5 minutes walk from Marshall’s Yard retail centre. North Street and Roseway car parks are also nearby. There will be a costume and textile display as well as information about the WWI memorial. Additional information about the convent school. Refreshments will include tea, coffee, and cake.

Well worth a visit, and do make sure you stop off and check out the original costumes display. A few are shown below but you really need to be there to appreciate the quality and style of these costumes. Check out ST. Thomas’ website here.

Divine Mercy: Next Sunday 7th April at St. Mary’s Louth.

2pm: Veneration of the Divine Image & Rosary

2-3pm: Sacrament of Reconciliation.

3pm: Holy Mass Light refreshments after Holy Mass in the parish hall.

Easter Celebrations: A big thank you to all who worked so hard to make our celebrations so worthy of the Lord.
