First Aid kits: Two new First Aid kits and Accident Report books are available. One kit and book is in the Narthex; the other kit and book are in the schoolroom. Bottled water is also available in the Narthex.
Schoolroom Hire: The amended Booking Forms and Amended T&Cs are now available. A copy of the T&Cs is on the schoolroom noticeboard. Please see Mary Q or Keith for more information.

Rosary: The Rosary is said before the 10am Mass at Holy Rood on Tuesdays, all are welcome to join in.
Exposition and Adoration (Confessions available) Thursdays 10:30am Holy Rood (after Mass)
Mass Intentions: If you want to have a Mass offered for a particular intention, we have “Mass intention Envelopes” at the back of each Church. The Diocese recommends a donation of £10 for a Mass intention.
Food Bank: Tinned & dried goods are always needed to help those families who are struggling at this time of year. If you would like any further information please have a chat with Pauline.

The next Dominican Young Adults Study Day, under the title Human Origins – Creation and Evolution is being held on Saturday 23rd May, from 10.00am until 4.00pm, in the Frassati Centre, Leicester LE1 6HW. How do we reconcile the claims of modern science with the teaching of the Catholic Church? Are human beings nothing more than products of an aimless evolutionary process? Join the Dominican Young Adult Study Day led by Father Robert Verrill OP on ‘theistic evolution’: how to make sense of modern science’s theory of evolution in light of Catholic teaching on God, creation, and the human person. The day will include talks, workshops, prayer, fellowship, and discussion, and lunch will be provided. There is no cost to attend, but booking is essential, at dya@english.op.org
The Diocesan Walsingham Pilgrimage is taking place on Saturday 20th June led by Bishop Patrick. Arrivals are from 11.30am, with Mass at the Catholic Shrine at 3.45pm. For more details see the poster.

Young adults Pilgrimage young adults aged 18–35 are invited to join a special overnight Pilgrimage to Walsingham (Saturday 20th to Sunday 21st June), taking place alongside the annual diocesan pilgrimage, with dedicated time, space and community for young adults. Staying at Elmham House (half board) pilgrims will share in the wider celebrations while also enjoying moments specifically for the young adult community and encounter. The Abortion Recovery Care and Helpline (ARCH) is starting a Post Abortion Women’s Support Group from April in central Nottingham, for women affected by abortion. Run by a qualified therapist, the group offers a safe space to meet with other women in a supportive and helpful way, with confidentiality, no judgement, and free of charge. If it has been at least six months since your experience and you would like more information email clare@archtrust.org.uk including a mobile number (ARCH and abortion will not be mentioned in any texts).

holyroodmr@gmail.com was set up in 2020 to deal with general enquiries, communication generated via the website, and third parties such as West Lindsey churches festival. These emails are initially looked at by the bulletin team and passed to Fr. David if appropriate.
