What’s happening in the church?
Enter into the world of mystical icons.

What do they mean? Are they art? Why do they exist? What is their mystical language?
We are running several introductory talks each day. The talk will last approximately 15-20 minutes. The aim is to give you a brief overview of icons and the role they play. Hopefully this talk will generate many more questions than answers and maybe even change the way you view pictures, vestments, and church decorations. Once you are on this path the questions never stop coming! The timetable for the introductory talks is:
Saturday: 12.30pm, 2pm, 3pm, Sunday: 1.30pm, 3pm
We also have a selection of vestments including the Sixhills cope. Several centuries old books will be on display for you to look at. The organ will also be available for you to play at various times of each day.
We look forwards to seeing you.
